At SENTRIE, each fragrance is crafted and packaged with care. Due to the nature of fragrance products, all sales are final.
No Returns or Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any fragrance products once they have been shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@sentrie.co with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Lost Packages
SENTRIE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be canceled or modified.
