Non-Returnable Items

How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at returns@sentrie.com with your order number
- Describe the reason for your return
- We will send you a return authorization and prepaid shipping label
- Pack your item securely and ship within 7 days
- Keep your tracking number for reference
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
- Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days
- Store credit: Issued immediately
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@sentrie.co with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
